For PayPal purchases, as per PayPal requirements, we can only ship your order to the address confirmed on your PayPal account.

When will you ship my order?

If you’ve shopped with us in the past, you know that we do our best to ship items on the same day, if received and verified before 3pm EST. Whenever possible, we also like to send an email with your shipping notice and tracking information the evening after your item is shipped. We can not guarantee a ship date but again, we do our best to get the product out as soon as humanly possible.

We request information on our order form including contact, billing, shipping and verification information. This information is used for order, billing and verification purposes only! If we have difficulty processing an order, the contact information is used to get in touch with the customer. takes every precaution to protect our users’ information against loss, misuse or alteration of your user information. When users submit sensitive information via our website, the information is protected both online and off-line.
All information is fully protected by SSL encryption technology. Credit card information is retained only as long as necessary to process your transaction after which time your credit card number and verification information are removed from our server.


Returns & Replacements

All purifiers and products purchased from may be returned in their original, unused condition for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. All original factory labels and parts must be intact and the product never used. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.

If you would like to return a watch please contact us for the mailing address and for your Return Authorization No. (RA#). This number must be boldly displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without a pre-assigned RA# clearly written on the outside of the box will not be accepted...

Returns must be shipped via prepaid insured traceable delivery (for e.g. UPS or FedEx). Please note: FedEx does not insure watches valued above $500. If your watch is valued above that amount please use an alternate shipping method.

The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon shipment.

All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility to the customer.

Please note: If a package has been refused and sent back to us, it is considered a return and may be subject to a standard shipping deduction. In such cases, we will attempt to contact the buyer for up to three days following our receipt of the package. If the buyer cannot be reached within that time, we will issue a refund of the purchase price. In the event that a product valued at $150 or above is returned to us, and an alternate delivery address is required for reshipment, the order will be subject to additional verification.
